An application was required to help any individual manage the process of claiming back bank charges. The system was to guide the user though the capture of the relevant information and to help produce the necessary letters and court documentation.
It was also needed to monitor and advise on timescales and deadlines.

Local user data is stored in SQLite which will allow the extraction of information by other applications should the user have such a requirement.
A licensing scheme was required to prevent piracy. This was set up to be controlled by a central server logging registrations.
New versions of letter templates are downloaded from a central MYSQL database as and when needed.
Letters are output as RTF documents for use in any external word processing application. |
